Years ago, Julie sold our home in Crystalridge. Not only did she have it sold within a short time, she had it sold when other realtors couldn't... AND we got what we wanted. Selling our house was time sensitive because we had our eye on a beautiful acreage. We sold and closed quickly and turned around and bought our dream home, all with Julie and Ed's help. "Julie and my relationship started almost two years ago when I wanted to expand my yoga studio into bay next door from the exciting space. Our time together was easy and seamless and she was always honest and straightforward with me, I felt that she is authentic and person of integrity so when it was time for my husband and I to buy our very first home, I knew that I would call her. We met Julie by chance on a recommendation from another realtor, after seeing the first house with her we knew Julie was our realtor. The level of knowledge that she exhibited in showing us the house was simply amazing. Pointing out issues and concerns, many we had never thought of or even knew to look for. Julie was down on her hands and knees lifting up heating vents to check to see of the hardwood was really hardwood when we all questioned it. It was after that first house that we figured out she knew some co-workers of mine… Perfect, easy reference check, I heard nothing but glowing reviews from 3 separate people that she had or was working for. She advertised, distributed flyers, visited other agencies, and treated our home as important. Everything that she said, she did! Julie was willing to listen to what we wanted, rather than just telling us what to do. In the end, we had an offer in two days, with a great price, and she negotiated and closed the deal. The rest of the sale, the paper work, and the closing of the sale all went well. Our next step was buying a new home inCochrane,Alberta. Again, we went with Julie and even though she lived over one hour away, she regularly drove up to look at houses, researched the market, and was always available. When we found the right home, Julie helped us get a really knowledgeable home inspector. Our previous experiences with home inspections were not pleasant, but Julie linked us up to an inspector who was really good. When our family decided it was time to change our home, we decided to have a meeting with Julie Parry. We immigrated to Canada from the UK in 2008 and enlisted the help of Julie and Ed Parry from online recommendations. From the start we found them very helpful and friendly and they assisted us with everything from form filling to what to look for as a standard in housing and final house purchase. We were enthusiastically referred to Julie Parry by my husband’s sister. In the past, we had typically relied on my sister-in-law to guide us through our real-estate dealings (as buying/selling a house can be quite a complicated process and she happened to be involved in one way or another); however, in 2017 the time had finally come for my husband and I to sell his house and then to purchase our first house together - so we were mostly on our own with this transaction (and more than a little scared to say the least.)
