Because it’s all about you having the best possible experience in the selling process and beyond! We will work hard, supporting you every step of the way, working towards your real estate goals!

The Listing Appointment

Contact Julie to arrange a listing appointment. Julie will view and evaluate your home and answer any questions you have on the selling process. This is a no obligation, no pressure meeting to evaluate your home and find out more about how we can help you!

The Listing

If you decide to list, Julie will complete the listing paperwork with you, discussing each step and answering any questions that you may have about the listing contract. Julie will also discuss preparing your home for the market!

Listing your Home

You want your home to look fabulous when it hits the market... We will make this happen! Your home will look stunning, helping it stand out from the crowd! It will also be highly visible due to our physical and digital marketing, reaching as many potential buyers as possible!

Showings Commence

Julie will liaise with you and handle all showing requests, will request feedback after each showing and will pass it onto you. You will be completely kept in the loop about what is happening regarding showings and kept up to date about the market!

Accepted Offer

Julie will guide you through the process and review offers with you. Once terms are agreed and offer is accepted, the sale contract will be signed. Everything will be clearly explained as Julie goes through the contract with you. You are now conditionally sold. Julie will liaise with the buying Realtor regarding inspections, etc.!

Sold

Congratulations you are now sold! Conditions have been waived and conveyancing sent to the office. Time to start packing!

Closing day

Closing day or moving day! Julie will liaise with the buying Realtor and lawyers, handle key delivery and anything else to ensure that your moving day goes as smoothly as possible!
